Dalton Toyota Lomas

Service levels are very, very weak, and borderline dishonest. Toyota is a great vehicle, Dalton Toyota is not. They do not communicate with their clients, weeks go by with no update, when you contact them they do not follow up, eventually they changed a part that was under garanty with an inferior part without telling me. Only when I asked/ confronted them why I had paid for something and they after months installed something else, they came up with some excuse that it temporary until the part i paid for arrived but never openly or honestly advised me. All this has been going on since September/ October 2021 and Dalton Management so not seem interested in improving their customer experience or engagement.
